Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that many of our items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and allows us to deliver meaningful, purpose-driven products.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days after processing (delivery times may vary by location)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or high-demand seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Tiny Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
